CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Policy At High Class Flair, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We kindly ask that all cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time, as well as no-shows, will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee based on the total service amount. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule depending on schedule availability. All deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred one time toward a future appointment if proper notice is provided within the cancellation window. By booking an appointment with High Class Flair, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
